Welcome to Town Clerk's Page
Offers a wide range of licensing, records, billing, and informational services to town residents.
Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, and racing/wagering licenses.
Prepares, mails, and collects water and sewer bills.
Mails and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Rutland. From January 1st through January 31st Accepts 1st Installment and full payments. From February 1st to March 15th only full payments are accepted. All 2nd and 3rd installment payments are made to the Jefferson County Treasurer’s Office. Any payments made after March 15th must be made to Jefferson County.
